Need help to lose weight ?

I am 18 5'4 and 140 pounds I have just started gaining weight in the last year and its mostly my stomach and my love handles I have tried everything and I can't get rid of it .. I Have gained 25 pounds in the year and it just seems like i keep getting bigger .. any diet and workout ideas that will work ?

  1. I am now 25 but this happened to me when I was 18 too. I wasn't eating terribly either. Although I probably could have exercised better. There are a few programs you can try that work on people of any age and they aren't fad diets... You can search around or check the page in my references
