Need help to remove program?

I am in need of help . BIG TIME i cannot delete this folder !!!! I think its a trogan , anyway it keeps sayin that i cannot delete the file cause i need permission . After trying many times , it still cant work . What now?

  1.  Enter in safe before loading windows press F9 or F10 then u will select to start windows in safe mode. When u do that then u can go to the folder and delete the videos u wanted to delete. I did it and It worked for me.
