Luck is the fusion of the natural propensity and your belief or disbelief in it.

If it is claimed to be lucky and you believe it, you reinforce it.

If it is claimed to be lucky and you don't believe in it, you disintegrate it. This is a function. The more you believe or disbelieve, the more you alter it. The more others believe or disbelieve, the more natural propensity it has.

This is the balance between the individual and the collective and can be viewed in all things such as your conscious and subconsicous mind.
