Need help to travel from chennai to Kodachadri?

I am planning a trip to Kodachadri hills by next month. Currently i am located in Chennai. Can someone please help me by advising me to how to reach there by train from chennai? Thank you.

First you please go to bangalore by brindavan express or bangalore express.  Then you go to shimoga.  The beautiful peak hill is 115 kilometers from shimoga.  Even in bangalore, you can get luxury coaches direct to the hills.  very nice hills. karanataka tourism development corporation buses are also available.  please make an enquiry at bangalore central station or busstation, both are near.
