Need help understanding a "Spectacle Rx" (eye appointment results)

Earlier I posted a question about help with an eye exam. Well, I went to a different doctor who really helped me. I feel a lot better about this one. Now I'm just curious what this prescription note means. There is a chart so I'll try to translate what this says as best as I can. SPH OD and OS are both 0.50. CYL OD and OS are both -1.00 and AXIS OD is 101 while AXIS OS is 081. Can anyone translate all of this for me?

No one can help you with this because we dont know whether you are sphere of +.50 or a sphere of -.50.

You have mild mixed astigmatism.

You may find that reading fine print and seeing small details at distance is easier and more comfortable with glasses.

OD and OS refer to right and left eye (sorry if I explain things you already know)

+0.50 means you are slightly farsighted in both eyes

-1.00 is your astigmatism correction in both eyes

and the axis represents the axis of your astigmatism correction
