Need help uploading on youtube?

1 picture and 1 mp3 file is what i have

how can i combined them to a file that will upload on youtube, im seeing alot of people uploading old songs with just 1 picture or its a picture of the name of the song and artist

how can i do this

You have to download window movie maker in order to do that.
