Need help volumizing hair?

Question

okay when i want to make my hair volumized big like those scene hair styles, i see my sister do it all the time, i even seen videos on how to do it, basicly all they do is straighten and tease their hair and put on hair spray and then brush it off slightley but when i do that it doesn't become puffy and it doesn't looked volumized it just looks the same like my hair is back down....am i doing something wrong? :(

why not try using a shampoo like SUNSILK or BIG s**y HAIR? maybe those would work. good luck!

u should str8in ur hiar pointing it up instead of down get some overnight volumizing(is that a word lol)and consider volumizing shampo

you should use a mark's volumizing next day spray. it works really well. just spray some at night before you go to bed to your roots. and in the morning you should be able to tease your hair and have more volume. plus when you buy a hair care product from mark's website you get free rollers! haha http://vanonas.mymarkstore.com btw it's only $5 and they have other volumizing products you might like

well, you have to have short layers for it to stay up.

if that doesn't work either, i suggest you try and ask your sister, cos what's better than a demonstration in your own home?

maybe instead of straightening(if you straighten ur hair)it down...start at the root and then straighten it so your hair is pointing upwards. and maybe some volumizing spray. that is what works for my hair
