I converted some episodes of south park to mp4's and put them on my w580i's memory card. They show up on the phone, but when you click on them you just hear sound, and it doesnt even go to a screen like its going to play video. Im not sure if the vids are in the wrong format, etc.

Thanks for your help!

  1. Yes its because of the wrong format you are using and thats why Video is not showing.

Try to do the following things:

    1) Got a convertor to convert the MP4 files to the format compatible to your phone. The most common is real player and you can have the convertor from

    www.download.com

    2) The second thing is to upgrade your Player to the one that is compatible with all most all the formats and for that you have to go to any software shop and they will upgrade it for you but at some cost.

I advice never try to upgrade the softare yourself if you dont know much about this as this may damage your Phone.
