Need help whats a great diet plan for me to follow? PLZ Help!?

Well this is the thing i love going to the gym and working out but i can't make the best diet food decisions i have a not a sweet tooth but i love pasta, pizza, etc. I really don't know what to do so can someone give me some options that i can choose to eat i know that if i had a balanced diet i would lose the weight I just want to be health plz help!

  1. Your body needs fat and calories to survive. Instead of taking away everything that has fat in it, you should start eating food with the right kind of fat and calories, for example, the fat oil from fish is very healthy.  If you start to starve your body, your body will go into survival mode. This means that when you reduce the fat you eat to a minimum, your body will preserve a higher percentage of the fat it's given. Let's say you normally eat a lot of fat, more than your body needs, it will only store maybe 25% of the fat. But when you reduce the fat to a minimum, it will at first do as normal and by that you will lose weight...for a short time...Then your body will adjust by starting to store maybe 50% of the small amount of fat you digest.  What do you think will happen at once the diet is over? You will gain weight even faster than before.  So, periods of starving or strict diets will make you even fatter than before.


  2. well i don't know your weight or height, i think you can allow yourself pasta and pizza but make it only 2 days out of the week. this way it would be a lifestyle you will stick to every day,month and year..and if you have it 3/7 days, it won't hurt.

    replace white bread you eat with whole wheat or grain.

    replace whatever youre eating for breakfast now with whole grain cereal + 1% or fat free milk and 1 fruit. or oatmeal and a fruit.

    replace your lunch with veggies, nuts, eggs, cottage cheese etc.
