Need help with DVD hookup

Question

We have just purchased a Philips DVD/VHS player. We are replacing an old VHS player that was hooked to our Satalite Dish and then to the TV. This new DVD player is just for me to play videos, no need for the TV to be hooked to the Dish. The connections that came with the new DVD player do not seem to have a connections on the TV. How can I connect, is there some kind of adaptor?
