Need help with Microsoft Outlook?

i clicked on a link at a website saying "respond to this" and it took me to microsoft outlook. can i use my yahoo e-mail in outlook? if so how? and can i just use the e-mail in the "to..." bar to send an e-mail in yahoo? sorry if this is a stupid question i've never used outlook before.

  1. No, you cannot use Yahoo! in Outlook unless you pay. It's dumb. If you want to use Yahoo! to respond to the person, just right click that link and it should say something like "Copy email address". Click that, then go into Yahoo! and paste it in the bar that you put the addresses in. There ya go.

    If it doesn't show that when you right click, just put your mouse over it and look at the bottom left of the screen. It should say mailto: emailadresshere@hoster.extension. That email there is the one you are sending to, so if you right it down, then you can put it into Yahoo!.

    Becuase you need to feed POP3 and SMTP server names for that particular site here yahoo and have a static ip address also.

  3. no you can't use outlook for your yahoo email

    just copy the email address to your new mail in yahoo.
