I want to make a RFP/Skill Drain Deck and I need some advice on what cards to put in my deck, so far I have this:

2x Reinforcement of the Army

Well you definitely know your rulings for Skill Drain, you chose the right monsters to use since they all have Trigger effects. This deck would take a while to finish a game so I would include Monarchs, they have trigger effects too so their effects won't be negated by Skill Drain. I would side deck Dust Tornado. Your deck looks fine to me. You have staples, Macros, and DFissure. its definitely a deck you can play with immediately but you should try to add some Monarchs, more power, more control.
