  3. This question is really very important and I answered it many times. TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/ Internet Protocol) is two internet protocols used to move traffic between two nodes in the network.

    IP forwards data, but TCP is a top layer and converts messages and files into data packets, then are transmitted over the network. TCP can guarantee the date being transferred to its destination user properly (from client to server). If the delivery is interrupted, the TCP tries to correct the errors and resend anything that is not received. Internet Protocol (IP), which covers fundamentals like IP addresses and routing of packets of data from one place to another, but doesn't guarantee reliability and delivery in the correct order. TCP treats the data as a stream of bytes and logically assigns a sequence number to each byte. Both are two-layer program communication protocols that help each.
