Need help with a Party Theme and Name?

I work at an apartment complex that will be having a party for our residents in August. This will be centered around the outdoor pool and include all of the new renovations, such as new fitness center, new clubhouse and new staff with new attitudes. Thinking barbeque. Need theme and name (slogan) for the party. Please HELP!

Resident retention parties can be fun. I like "Fun in the Sun" or "your apt name Where Living is Easy" themes.

Decorate with lots of balloons with your community name. Be sure to hand out to people (gotta get your name out there). Hire entertainment, like a DJ, balloon artist etc. Keep it fun and remember it's all about your community!

Barbeque hot dogs, serve chips, veggies & dip, cookies, popsicles, buckets filled with ice & drinks etc. Print your community info on large labels and stick them on water bottles. If you are a pet friendly community give away doggie treats (use your labels) people love this!

Be sure to greet your residents by name. Make sure staff members are easily visible in the crowd. Maybe they can wear polo shirts with their name tags and khaki shorts. Designate an area where you can place a fish bowl. Place blank cards, pens and ask for suggestions/comments.

I often call on my vendors to donate gifts for raffles. I'm always sure to attach their business cards to their gifts as a promotional. You can market in your area and ask retailers for support. Maybe you can offer a "free rent" raffle? I would try to raffle prizes every 15 minutes.

Remade, Remodeled and Reborn!  We've had more than a makeover, we're a whole new place!!  The whole party can be done like a shower like a new complex is born!

Inside Out -  We improved from the Inside Out!  You can decorate and do the whole party theme around this.

New Improved For YOU! - The theme of the party is all the improvements and you can have tours of the new amenities and fliers explaining everything if they don't know yet how to use them.  Make sure that the new staff introduces themselves at the party and that there is a moment when management gets up to speak and introduces them, etc.

Welcome To Your New Home! - You are welcoming them to what is now their new home, that what they did know as home is now different, there are bigger and better things going on, improvements, you're taking care of them with a fitness center, you're giving them a clubhouse to gather in, and you're giving them new staff to take care of their needs, this is their NEW home that is bigger and better than ever!   So, this party is to welcome them and tell them about these improvements and welcome them to their new home and environment.
