Need help with a capricorn?

ok well i know this capi guy and i m pisces.

we have been talking for like 1and half year and in the begining he had lied about everything and after 8 months i found out and he told me everything true and by then he knew i was crazy about him and then i stopped talking to him and he called me like after 2 months and just started talking like nothing happened... and then from there sometimes he will start calling me everyday like 5 times a day from anohter country and then after we have been talking then suddenly he would stop tlaking again and then call me like after a month???? and he does that sooooooo often that it is going on even know that he didn't call and it is not that we fight for some reason he will just stop??? and i just wanna know whats the deal wiht him? if he hates me he shouldn't call me because i never call him (don't wanna waste money :P) then he called me on the 7th and he stopped calling on the 15 of june i don't know why he does that so plzzzzz help
