Need help with a cute haircut!!?

Question

My hair is halfway down my back and I can wear it wavy or straighten it. I haven't cut (besides trims) in about 6 years and it grows really slow so I'm pretty nervous. If anyone has some cute pics of shoulder length, layered haircuts I would really appreciate some advice! Thank you!
