Need help with a kodak easyshare c613 with a SD 512MB???

I just installed a sd 512mb card in my cam but when I imported it to my comeputer the pic showed with the video but it say it can not be played. why is this and can i fix it???

  1. the video format (.mov files?) may not be supported by your media player.

    - download quicktime or

    - convert files


  2. download the latest version of quicktime player.
