Need help with a name for this bug... whats it called?

ok well i was outside this weekend and i spotted the tiniest little bug. kinda reminded me of a little fairy. It is very small, all white, looks kinda like a fuzz ball, very delicate with wings, maybe some kind of moth. very cute!!! can anyone help me out with what this thing is called?

could be a white satin moth, but they are about 1 3/4 in. long, so maybe not

i believe what you are referring to are Woolly Aphids.
