ive purchased 2 12" Poineer Premier subs.

im also getting Alpine SPR-17S 17cm 300 Watts Component Speakers running at 110rms power.

Im thinking of 6x9 component speakers but there not in the frame yet.

what im confused about is what type of amp to get and how to wire it best.

shall i wire the speakers into the amp along with the subs? what amp is best for that...2 channel or mono?

  1. To run it all off of one amp you could look for a five channel amp. Like this one http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6520...

What I would do though is get a good mono amp for the subs and a four channel for the mids and highs.

  2. what i would do is go with 2 serpeate amps you can get a hifonics HAWK for the speakers. hifonics has a build in crossover to remove all bass from the speakers this is best with a 4way or 3 way speaker i would go infiniti or pioneer with this. also get a hifonics amp around 800watts mono channel will be fine. hifonics always underrates their amps so they can sell at a cheaper price within the same as its competitors. also with the crossover you can remove all voice from teh bass allowing you to have a full bass system with no distortion in voice.
