how do write a alert sorry but and new on the 360!

If you mean a Blast, see http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/pro... . If that's not what you mean, then click on your avatar on the far left corner of most Yahoo Answers pages OR click on the "My Profile" link on the far, upper right corner of the page. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see tabs. The "My Questions" tab shows questions you've asked. Clicking actual question link will take you to the question, where you can click on the pencil icon under your question to add information.

Keep in mind that 360 is a beta version, so there will be bugs.   You can't contact the Y!360 team about it because the service will be transitioning and integrating with a new platform in early 2008 and they are no longer fixing bugs. Read more about that in the Y!360 team blog.
