Need help with barney bday decorations

my daughter will be 1 in 2 weeks and loves barney. so the theme for her party is barney. but, i cant find him anywhere, ive tried party city and they no longer carrie him, i really didnt want to order on line so if you know a place that sells barney the dinosaur in the dallas fort worth area please help, time is running out.
