I think I'm constipated, and i havent been to the loo for about 4 days, and im too scared to go because if anybody has had this problem before it really hurts, specialy if you have a rip or tear. I'm just wondering, ive heard that drinking lots of water helps and fibre ect, but can anybody give me any tips on how to soften them or help in anyway.
