Need help with canning banana peppers?

I'd like to can some banana peppers from my garden...I believe it's called cold packing...any help would be greatly appreciated.......

Depends on if you want them pickled or just plain

Pickled you would use vinegar, a small amount of oil and salt.

Plain, you would just use water... Hot water and a hot water bath, depending on your altitude, the amount of time in hot water bath.
