Need help with checking bank account balance?

i've been trying to check my account balance online with suntrust,

buut i got to the page and it asks for social number, i know that, card number, got that, and then "security name"

no idea what the security name is, so i cant check my balance, any idea what this would be?

It is a word you set up when you initially set up your account to check it online.

Why not call Suntrust and ask them?  Seriously...why do you ask on Yahoo answers when you can call the bank a lot more quickly than it takes to post a question.
