Need help with contact lens?

This is my first time wearing contacts; i got them yesterday. Today, my right eye is red and sore. This is the eye in which i practiced taking the contact out.

Since my eye is sore and red, should i wear the contacts for 6 hours, as instructed, or not wear them?

These contacts are good for 2 weeks, then i switch.

Actually you irritated your eye because you were practicing on it.  Take them out and give yourself a day or so to let them clear up.  Put your glasses on for a bit.  If you didn't get glasses, I highly suggest that you do so for the days your eyes are not wanting contacts in them (ie. allergies, their sore, etc).

Congrats on your contacts!

I got mine yesterday too.

Don't put them in, call your eye doctor. They need to know about this.

If you put it in still your eye it will only get worse!
