Need help with credit card ?

Ok im 16 and i have a job. theres this one program i want to sign up and they charge monthly but my mom doesnt trust online things that charge. So is their some kind of way of having my mom open a credit card that i can give my mom to put money and for the program to get the money out of their. And if for some reason they do happend to steal my information and money it will only take out what was put on it witch would only be the ammount i needed to pay monthly so not a lot of money is taken. And my mom has visa and american express

Sure you can get prepaid credit cards for children and it is a good idea to do that.  It may help build credit but for sure it helps to teach how to manage finances and it will protect you with on line purchases.  I think its a good idea for parents to let their children get them.  To find out where to get a prepaid credit card go to the link in the source box click on apply for credit card, then go to the link at the bottom of the page prepaid credit cards for children.
