Need help with ebay (seller does not send item)?

I need help I won the auction online (a phone) I paid for it 1 week ago and Im getting furious about it. I tryed contacting the seller and does not answer me what do I do ?????

File a complaint with ebay and paypal.  Most of those sellers are Asian companies that take forever to get it, ship it and get it delivered to you.  A couple of weeks wouldn't be at all out of the ordinary.  Have you tried to contact the vendor and ask for a ship date and tracking number?  If not, that should actually be your first step.

contact ebay to start a dispute and if you paid through paypal contact them as well
