Need help with estimating cost?

What is a 40x40 metal barn with cement floor going to cost approximately. I will do the basic stuff myself but the harder stuff I will need to call someone. Cement 4 inches thick or thick enough for a dually and a gooseneck to be in it. thanks

40x40x4=volume of concrete. change into cubic yards(the way concrete is measured)contact concrete dealer in your area for price. Price out the structure itself bit by bit or kit price. labor ususally 1.5 times materials plus permits when needed. subtract the labor you can do yourself and add up.

Put in a 6" floor, the 4" is minimal for any vehicle. Then the computation of the amount of concrete neede is easy to compute. 40x40x.5= 800ft3/ 27= 30 cubic yards.
