This is the Evil Hero deck I'd use.  Common Charity provides draw power and Emissary is a fiend plus a monster searcher like Sangan.  You can also use the old E Heroes for additional strength in here like Shining Flare Wingman and Thunder Giant.  Of course if you want pure Evil Hero then you can just take out the Miracle Fusions and polys for other side decked cards and find some others.  Keep in mind that most of the Evil Heroes can be used to summon Dark Gaia and Malicious Fiend as well since they're fiends.
