Need help with finding a quote from a book?

I need some sources for my essay and I stumbled upon "Leashing the dogs of war : conflict management in a divided world" which the description and title names make it seem a good candidate to use. However, i can't seem to find a site that shows an abstract from it since i can't find the book anywhere or online. Mostly i was looking for a quote relating to sovereignty with the page numbers if possible or just an excerpt from the book.

Thanks for your help! It's due Thursday and this is one of the only sources I have left, thanks a lot :)

I am not sure exactly what you are looking for, but if you go to Google Books ( http://books.google.com/ ) and type in the title, the book pulls up. There are page previews there (you can read some of it) and on the right are links to popular passages which include page numbers.
