Need help with fortec star lifetime ultra

Question

Hey I have a fortec lifetime ultra and wondering how to get codes to it. Somewho use to do it for me but lost touch with them havent used it in years, have viewstat hooked up and I want to get this one working for my room. One site said I had to convert to a pansat? is that true and if yes what do I do? I have their instructions but it didn't work. I have the serial cable from machine to computer but have no idea how to get the program to it.Thanks
