Need help with fuel cells?

I need information on fuel cells such as how much hydrogen is needed, materials need, basic process of how it works, and i would like to know about much energy these things are able to produce. Thanks in advance!

There are all different sizes and types, some with reformers, some without, so there's no single answer we can give you.  It's like saying "how fast does wind blow"?
