Need help with handycam?

hi i need help with handycam ? I am buying a new Wespro 5 in 1 Multi-Function Digital Handycam+Camera+ Voice Recording with 1 Year Warranty. The camera image Sensor : VGA 640X 480 CMOS Sensor and video Recording :QVGA (320x240)

Frame rate - 20fps. With 16 mb internal memory and 512 external with mmc. So is it ok should i go for it or not. Is the memory and camera good because i will use it to shoot pic's n videos of my 2 yrs old nephew. Advcie please.

frame rates are slow NTSC uses 29.5 Frames per sec Pal 25 per second, so when you play it back it may seem jerky.

horses for courses!!!!! video camera shoots video,  camera shoots  stills,  you wont be happy with the results, even a cheap mini dv camera will give you good quality video, and for general pics you could capture stills from the film, know very little about cameras (still ) not my field, but the prices of cameras are dropping.

sorry but i think the results will be more like youtube stuff maybe wrong
