Ok I am a 16 year old male, Im 5 foot 8 and weigh 225 pounds. I used to play football but I broke my wrist so I was out for the season and then if that didnt make me lazy enough I transfered schools and there was NO ONE there to hang out with so all I did for like 6 months was like sit around and do nothing. I need help what can I do to get motivated? What exercises can I do?? I know 225 might sound like alot but alot of it is in my legs, I have huge legs from football training over 3 years. But over the past several months I am just been lazy and I need some help sorry for the long question any help would be appreciated.
