Need help with motorcycle?

i need to take my motorcycle drivers test. i have a 2005 gsx-r1000 but when i went to take it the instructor told me i should come back with a smaller bike so it will be easier. i was wondering if anyone has a smaller bike in the joliet,illinois and surrounding area, that i can rent for a couple of hours so i can take it. cash will be payed and my bike will be left behind so the lender has no reason to worry. thanks a lot.

Take it on your bike! It is the bike you ride. They told me the same thing when I took my test on a full dresser Harley. The lady guaranteed I would not pass. The test is easy. If you are worried, go to the DMV after hours and practice riding the course.
