Need help with my DVD Region?

I lived in England and I moved back here.

Just a few days ago I got a DELL computer that I used to have over there, and its working perfectly but only when I try to put a DVD i got from here, it tells me that it can't play it because of the region. So I tried to use other programs to play the DVD and when I use Windows Media Player, it tells me the same thing but sends me to a place where I CAN change the region.

My problem is when I change it, it tells me this message:

This is your last chance to change the region setting on your DVD drive. Are you absolutely sure you want to proceed? If your answer is OK, you will not be able to change the region setting anymore even if you reinstall the operating system.

[OK] [Cancel]

I do want to change it but I want to change it back whenever I want, I don't want to leave it there, it might cause problems or something, what do I do?

Thanks ;)

  1. Download the VLC media player. Depending on your drive it will play DVDs from any region without making you change the region setting.
