Need help with my blackberry?

I have a blackberry pearl that I bought off of ebay and don’t know how to reset it to put my email and stuff on it or to even get the internet even though I’m paying for it . Does anyone know how to erase the old emails and replace them with mine.

Go into Options > Advanced > Service Book and delete the items where you see someone else's email address.

Each wireless carrier has a webpage setup called "BIS" where users can go to setup their email addresses.

You may be able to do it from the phone as well, by looking in your blackberry browser's bookmarks for "setup email".
