Need help with my diet ?

i'm 6'1 195lbs with 15%bodyfat

i've been eating this for a full year and my weight is stable

i want to get a bit leaner, i already jog twice a week for a tottal of 18-20 miles.

my diet

6:00

6raw eggs

50g protein shake zero carb +2tbs peanut butter

large cappuccino with 8-10 cubes of sugar

9:00

fruit salad

turkey sandwich

apple pie

large cappuccino with 8-10 cubes of sugar

12:00

2cans of tuna

1cup spinach

salad

2 cans of redbull

3:00

50g protein shake zero carb 2tbs peanut butter

2 cans of redbull

6:00

2 chicken b*****s, 2cup rice with 1/2-cup almonds

espresso 6 cubes of sugar

9:00

mushroom soup (any kind of soup but mostly mushroom)

  1. WELL FOR ONE THING TAKE OUT ALL THAT SUGAR OUTA YUR DIET

You're consuming way too much sugar.  Also, raw eggs can give you salmonella, which is a very severe illness.  Cook the eggs, incorporate more fruits and veggies in your diet, lay off the Red Bull -- that's nasty stuff, skip the peanut butter-- it's loaded with calories.  Keep jogging. Personally, I think your weight is great for your height.  

  3. That's a similar diet to mine except you consume more sugar than i do.  I assume you know what you're doing with the red bulls and the espressos.

    Maybe you should try to eliminate the peanut butter in your shakes if you're trying to lose body fat.  

    After that, get rid of the apple pie and you should be okay.
