  1. i have a toad which eat pretty much the same as frogs, and they eat meal worms, wax worms, crickets, and you can get calcuim powder which you put the food in and obviously helps the frog with calcium, also you should buy the food from a pet shop specialised in exotic pets, tell them the frog species and age of it and they will know what is best for them, and when to feed them etc etc x*x

  2. As long as the tub is kept in the refrigerator, they won't change.

  3. i am not sure, it probably depends on where you store them.  Also I would recommend that you actually feed your frogs crickets that have been fed "gut load"  I have had awesome succes with this.   It offers them more nutrition.

  4. This is hard to say. When buying wax or meal worms it's best to keep them refrigerated. This sends them into a dormant state, they will last much longer this way. If you leave them out they will eventually turn to moths, or ugly beetles if they're super worms. I worked in a pet store that sold wax, meal, and super worms. In my experience they'll be okay for about a week. Though the worst part is the ones that die, they begin to rot and stink. This is much worse than one becoming a moth. Some people refuse to put the in the fridge. If this is the case the best thing to do is to put them in a small critter carrier. You can use some wood chips or paper for a bedding. Add in half an apple or potato, or some fish flakes. I've never tried but I'm sure you could try giving them gut load. This would give them a better environment than the tub so they would live longer. And they usually cocoon before changing, so just go through daily and discard of any that are in cocoon form. Hope I could help!
