Need help with my honda 400ex atv?

Hello, I bought a honda 400ex that smokes very very bad and the atv runs very strong and it starts right up, it just burns oil bad, what maybe do I need to fix this? maybe a big bore kit, or something?

you will have to do a top end job. the rings and valve seals are bad. you will have to bore the cylinder most likely if it is smoking that bad.

yes a big bore kit will fix it. sounds like your  rings are gone. strip the bike down see if any think else is worn as well.
