i have medium lenghth brown choppy layered hair short at the top and long at the bottem. eyeliner top and bottem and powder fondation hanks

you are really pretty right now but i think the blue is cute to but with black hair at the bottom so if you want to keep the brown i would probably only put a few blue streaks .. hope i helped :D

I think you look better without the blue becuase it makes you look gothic and you're really pretty the way you are :)
