how do you download music/games/pics./and wallpapers to your t-mobile dash? i really have no clue how to so can some one PLEASE HELP ME!!!

My phone uses bluetooth from a device on my pc. I use mobiles24.com and i transfer them to my phone via bluetooth.

The device can be found on ebay !
