Need help with my printer please?

so my printer isnt working. and im trying to print a document off. but it says my printer is offline. i just plugged it in and connected the usb cord but my printer is blinking and i dont know what to do. anyone know?

Sounds to me like it's out of ink. What brand of printer is it?

You need to describe more detail on what brand of your printer and how the printer is blinking.

From the question you ask, I just guess that your cartridge has run out of ink. Also try to press "Online" button at your printer to make it on-line.
