Need help with my super skinny legs !!!?

My legs are super skinny what can i do for it to become regular size!!!

Should i exercise or eat more??? Thanks for taking the time to read my question!!!!

  1. eat protien and healthy foods and do strenght training...to build muscle


  2. Your can work on your calf muscles. It really easy. Just stand flat on your feet. And then go to your tipy toes.

    You can do about 3 reps of 15. You will see results pretty quickly.

  3. take ballet classes  

  4. walk a lot and do more biking

    and maybe eat more proteins (like meat and peanut butter)
