Need help with narrative essay format for applying for a job.?

Question

I need to know what the format for a narrative essay is when applying for a job. For example... where does the my name, date etc... go. Where does their name address etc... go.

a quick example would be great. Thanks

This is how we do it, remember this is an essay, not a term paper or anything so you can have some leeway of formatting.

Example: why do you feel you are right for this job?

I do not just feel that I am qualified for this job, but that I know I am qualified as such. My resume is evidence that I have had more than the requisite academic and on the job experience that provides me the skills and qualities necessary to do the job correctly.

p.s. a bit of advice, you ought to strive to impress the hiring person. Don't be shy or modest. Be proud of your achievements and try to sell him or her to give you the job.
