Need help with network problem?

virgin media ecently fixed me up with a new modem because i had problems with my old one, but i still have the same problem, when i play my ps3 online it disconnects me from the game, from time to time, i dont know if its to do with the ISP or the cable leading into my house etc. please help

Call the ISP and have them check your signal levels.  There could be a leak in the underground cable, letting water in and causing it to disconnect sometime.

Either way it's something your ISP should fix.
