Need help with puting music on my mp3

i have a brand new DS 801 MP3 and i tried to put music on it but the computer says it is on there but the mp3 say NO FILES!! why is that.

P.S. i have put music on another different mp3 but and it is saved on that mp3. so its not my computer.

HELP ME PLEASE
