Need help with "relative clauses"........?

Rewrite each set of sentences as one sentence using relative clauses.

1.Agus is an environmentalist.He is concerned about the environment.

2.We use far more fossil fuels than renewable fuels.This leads to three major problems.

3.Diamond is made up of mainly carbon.It is formed when coal is subjected to very high temperature and pressure.

4.Burning of fossil fuels cause pollution.This is why people should consider ways to reduce our dependence on them.

The relative pronouns which make a relative clause are Who, Whom, Whose, Which and That.

1. Agus, who is an environmentalist, is concerned about the environment.

2. We use far more fossil fuels than renewable fuels, which leads to three major problems

3. Diamond, which is made up of mainly carbon, is formed when coal is subjected to very high temperature and pressure.

4. The burning of fossil fuels causes pollution, which is why people should consider ways to reduce our dependence on them.

Notice the relative clauses I used, who and which. Do you see how there is a comma right before the clause?

I'm not sure if this is right (it's been a long time since high school English) but I will give it a shot.

1. Agus is an environmentalist who is concerned about the environment.

2. We use far more fossil fuels than renewable fuels, which leads to three major problems.

3. Diamond, which is made up of mainly carbon, is formed when coal is subjected to very high temperature and pressure.  OR: Diamond, which is formed when coal is subjected to very high temperature and pressure, is made up of mainly carbon.  (I'm not sure which of these would be more correct but I personally think the first one is better because it sounds less clumsy.)

4. Burning of fossil fuels causes pollution, which is why people should consider ways to reduce our dependence on them.
