Undefeated 2.....Michael Jai White plays the Black American boxer that was framed and imprisoned in Russia. Actually, he doesn't need to win the money. He only needs to fight but as the movie goes on the money gets thrown in as part of the deal.

I don't know about Russia - but the only prison boxing movie I know is 'undisputed' from 2002 with Wesley Snipes and Ving Rhames.  I don't know if it is the one you are looking for but you would probably like it!
