Need help with running!?

Ok so currently i am training for the cross country season and i run about 4-5 times a week for 15-20 minutes. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks now and i havent seen that much of a change. What can I do to build up my endurance?

  1. switch back and forth between running sprints or hills and long runs


  2. u need to run for a longer time each day to actualty build ur your heart and lungs enough to not get tired

  3. you should find a small steep hill and do hill sprints on it like 20 times, but thats all for that day, otherwise just run longer and harder

  4. you need to run longer and run all over town... try to increase your running time every time you run
